Mr. Gishan’s Housing Project – Wattala
For this modern residence in Wattala, our team carried out the structural design and structural construction. The project comprises a basement, ground floor, first floor, and second floor, with a steel rooftop structure and a domestic lift arrangement. Our expertise ensured a safe, durable, and reliable structural framework to support the client’s modern architectural vision.

Newsiri Reception Hall Renovation – Hokandara
We undertook the complete renovation and modification of the Newsiri Reception Hall to modernize its appearance and deliver a stunning new look. Our scope of work included all structural designing, steel structures, finishing works, and MEP installations. The project was executed in two phases, using modern materials and the expertise of our skilled team. The successful transformation has given the reception hall a contemporary and elegant character, aligning perfectly with the client’s vision.

Sump Construction Project – Katunayake
We successfully completed the sump construction project for Dart Global Logistics (Pvt) Ltd at their Katunayake warehouse facility. The work was carried out with precise engineering, quality materials, and strict adherence to safety and industry standards, ensuring a durable and reliable structure to support the client’s operational needs.

Yumro Restaurant Project – Athurugiriya
Our team successfully completed the design and construction of the Yumro Restaurant in Athurugiriya. This project was developed as a simple yet elegant structure with an environmentally friendly approach, incorporating sustainable practices and efficient use of materials.
